Seetaiah' is a faction film. For the first time Harikrishna plays a solo lead in this film. Director-cum-producer YVS Chowdary came out with a film with total factionalism in its backdrop. Simaran is the heroine of this film. Simran was good in dance numbers. Soundarya had a small role and did justice to her role. Comedy track is impressive. Dialogues by Posani Krishnamurali were strong. Keeravani's music is impressive.
